HND Performing Arts Students from Morley College, perform a classic by Dylan Thomas
In Dylan Thomas’s Under Milk Wood, darkness enfolds cradling you in a lyrical language and transporting you to the fictional fishing village of Llareggub. This is a play for voices, with its outrageous cast of drunkards, unrequited lovers, would-be poisoners, prostitutes, bigamists, and ghosts. Thomas interweaves over 50 characters and stretches out his sentences into rolling waves or crunches words together like crashing breakers on the shore of the English language.
Experience the intimate intensity and the darkness of dreams by listening with your eyes shut. Bizarre, bawdy and beautiful!
