In this episode, Melissa Baksh speaks to Artist Camilla Dilshat. Camilla Dilshat is a sculpture/installation artist of Uyghur ethnicity born and based in London (b.1998). She has just graduated from the MA Fine Art course at City & Guilds of London Art School where she received the Tony Carter award. Notable recent group exhibitions include “Home Away from Home” at House of Annetta and “What Do We Become” at the Barbican Centre. Camilla has also exhibited internationally in Melbourne, Australia as part of “Uyghur: Reclaiming our Story” at Schoolhouse Studios.
